Daniel Falkenberg
Associate Director, Investment Sales
Daniel Falkenberg is an associate director of Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop. In his role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raise assignments for multifamily assets throughout the Midwest.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop he was a financial analyst at Cushman & Wakefield, responsible for underwriting and valuation of midwestern multifamily assets. Before that, Mr. Falkenberg was a financial analyst at ARA, A Newmark Company.
Mr. Falkenberg earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and economics at The University of Notre Dame.
