Cooper Gage
Associate, Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners
Cooper Gage is an Associate on the Equity Platform at Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners. In this role, he analyzes potential investments, structures deals, conducts financial modeling, oversees due diligence, and evaluates property and portfolio valuation.
Mr. Gage started as an intern at Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners and most recently was a Senior Analyst on the Equity Platform. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners, Mr. Gage was Summer Analyst at Hunt Real Estate Capital where he assisted originators with agency and proprietary loan production.
Mr. Gage has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado in Boulder.
