Christopher Westcott
Managing Director, Investment Sales
Christopher Westcott is a managing director of investment sales at Walker & Dunlop, based in Phoenix, Arizona. In his role, he specializes in the origination and execution of multifamily investment sales across Arizona, leveraging more than 25 years of multifamily expertise. Throughout his career, Mr. Westcott has been involved in more than $2.5 billion in multifamily transactions, totaling 16,000 units.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Westcott held leadership roles at institutional investment firms such as Black Creek/Ares and The Wolff Company, as well as private capital groups Friedkin Realty Group and Jackson Square Properties, where he specialized in property management, asset management, and acquisitions.
Mr. Westcott attended The George Washington University and is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is also a licensed real estate broker in Arizona and California.
