Chris Willis
Director, Capital Markets
Chris Willis is a director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, based in Meza, Arizona. In his role, he is responsible for the structuring and closing of debt financing for the acquisition, refinance, repositioning, and construction of commercial real estate assets.
Prior to his role, Mr. Willis was a senior mortgage broker at Wells Fargo and JPMorgan Chase Bank, where he led both refinance departments and loss mitigation departments in sales.
Mr. Willis earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and master’s degree in real estate development from Arizona State University.
