Chris Stigall
SVP, Asset Management - Affordable Housing
Chris Stigall is the senior vice president of asset management for the Affordable Equity team at Walker & Dunlop, based in Grapevine, Texas. In this role, he oversees all aspects of asset management, focusing on risk mitigation and management while mentoring a team dedicated to providing benefits to partners in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program.
Before it was acquired by Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Stigall worked at Alliant Capital for over six years, where he managed 850 assets totaling more than $8 billion in gross equity and 75,000 units. His prior experience also includes serving as director of asset management for the Community Affordable Housing Equity Corporation.
Mr. Stigall earned his bachelor's degree in foreign service and economics from Georgetown University and his master's degree in finance and management from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
