Chris Lassiter, MAI
Senior Director
Chris Lassiter is a Senior Director at Apprise, a Walker & Dunlop company. Mr. Lassiter joined Apprise in 2022 with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. His focus has been largely on general commercial appraisal production throughout Tennessee including all core asset types, with primary focus on multifamily, retail, office, and auto dealership facilities. His experience includes multiple high-rise mixed-use developments, residential condominiums as well as conventional and affordable apartment communities. Mr. Lassiter has provided expert testimony along with feasibility analysis and consulting services for unique assets such as Nashville’s Nissan Stadium site, Conway Twitty’s “Twitty City” estate, Ryman Hospitality’s Gaylord Opryland and Grand Ole Opry-area land holdings and Tusculum University in East Tennessee.
Mr. Lassiter specializes in appraisals that meet the compliance requirements of Freddie Mac (including SBL), Fannie Mae, life companies, CMBS lenders, and balance sheet lenders. Prior to joining Apprise, Mr. Lassiter worked as a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield where he helped lead general appraisal production across Tennessee for 15 years. Prior to that, he worked with CBRE|Melody and Integra Realty Resources in Memphis. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Western Carolina University, and is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute, serving as past board member of the Tennessee Chapter and current regional representative.
