Bryan Frazier
Managing Director
Bryan Frazier, managing director, is responsible for the growth and development of Walker & Dunlop’s West Coast lending platform. In this capacity, he oversees the structuring, origination, underwriting, closing, and deal management of Agency financing.
Mr. Frazier’s proven track record in achieving results, combined with his extensive knowledge of debt structuring and negotiation, provides significant benefits to West Coast multifamily owners.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Frazier served as managing director at CWCapital LLC, where he was responsible for the growth and development of the Agency Lending Platform on the West Coast. Previously, Mr. Frazier co-founded Sierra Capital Partners, a California-based mortgage banking company specializing in Agency market-rate and tax-exempt financing of apartment properties. In this capacity, he shared responsibility for the relationship management and mortgage lending activities of the company.
Prior to co-founding Sierra Capital, Mr. Frazier served as a president of Berkshire Mortgage Finance, a national multifamily lender specializing in GSE/Multifamily Lending. Mr. Frazier was responsible for all operational functions of the West Coast division, which included origination, underwriting, closing, legal, and shared responsibilities with asset management.
Mr. Frazier holds a Bachelor of Science from Stanford University. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Multi-Housing Council and is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He previously served on the Freddie Mac Program Plus Advisory Council and the Fannie Mae DUS Advisory Council.
