Andy Ohlson
Associate Director, Capital Markets
Andy Ohlson is an associate director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, based in Hartland, Wisconsin. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing and structuring financing for all commercial real estate asset classes nationally.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, he was a portfolio manager at Associated Bank, where he was responsible for underwriting and managing a portfolio of commercial loans to Wisconsin-based corporations. Before that he was at BMO Harris Bank, where he worked in commercial banking, special assets, risk management, internal audits, and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Ohlson earned his bachelor’s degrees in finance and economics from The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is also a member of the Adult Congenital Heart Association's (ACHA) Patient & Family Advisory Board and was a volunteer mentor in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee for more than 8 years.
