Andy Kopek
Senior Director - Apprise
Andy Kopek is a senior director at Apprise, based out of Kansas City, Missouri. In his role, he is responsible for client relationships, growing the national platform, and expanding the appraisal team in the Midwestern region. Mr. Kopek brings over 15+ years of experience in commercial property valuation and consulting, including property appraisals, market and feasibility studies, tax appeals, expert witness testimony and, since 2020, has specialized in multifamily.
Prior to Apprise, Mr. Kopek was a senior valuation specialist at Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services, working on property valuation for their team.
Mr. Kopek earned his bachelor’s degree in communication studies from the University of Missouri Kansas City.
