Adam Baumgarten
Managing Director
Adam Baumgarten is a managing director of research and securities at Zelman & Associates, based in New York. In his role, he is responsible for leading Zelman & Associates’ research effort covering the Building Products sector.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Baumgarten spent two years at Credit Suisse covering the Homebuilding & Building Products space. Before that, he spent eight years at Macquarie Capital.
Mr. Baumgarten earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington
