Matthew Lund
Senior Director
Matthew Lund, Senior Director, is responsible for financing income-producing properties including office, apartments, hotels, industrial, and retail in the Midwest region.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop in 2012, Mr. Lund was Vice President at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital where he was responsible for the origination, analysis and placement of debt, equity, and structured finance for commercial real estate assets nationwide. Mr. Lund worked with a wide array of capital providers including life insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS lenders, and banks in arranging financing solutions for clients and was involved in arranging over $1.5 billion of real estate capital. Previously, Mr. Lund was a director within the Capital Markets Unit of Cohen Financial, a national real estate investment banking firm.
Mr. Lund holds a master’s degree in real estate and urban land economics from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
