Joel Chetner
Senior Director, Capital Markets
Joel Chetner is a senior director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, based in Cleveland, Ohio. In his role, he is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across various property types throughout the Midwest and Southeast, with a particular focus on Agency and alternative loan products for multifamily properties. Additionally, he works closely with Jonathan Zilber out of the Cleveland Ohio office on business development, client management, and team leadership.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Chetner worked as a managing director at Meridian Capital Group, specializing in permanent debt, transitional debt, and ground-up financing, with a focus on multifamily. Over the course of his career, he has arranged over $7 billion in financing nationwide.
